With Jaze, we wanted to re-create his very stylish cartoon alter-ego character directly. We conceptualized a studio shot with a minimal and clean white backdrop for his 'character' to come to life. Art direction body language and facial expression was all about being lost in his music. Crouched down with his elbows on his knees and his eyes closed gently as he listened to the music with his hands cupping the earphones. His wardrobe styling was very slick, and minimal, with a gun-metal gray blazer on top of a black button up shirt and black skinny tie. His signature sunglasses provided the final touch of edginess to his look, with bed-head styled hair to top it off.
